Rooms are air conditioned.
All bookings are single room unless you specifically ask for a share room with a friend.
There is a small restaurant on site. Both western and Khmer food available.
Most allergies can be catered for.
Clean and bottled water available - you can not drink the local water.
Alternative milks are available.
There is a pool on site.
The hotel has reliable internet at no extra cost.
Toilets are western style, have a handheld bidet, and toilet paper must not be flushed.
You should pack your regular mediations and ensure enough supply in case of emergencies.
You should dress modestly with knees covered at Temples and other places of significance.
Cambodia is humid and you will get sweaty.
Laundry services are available.
Your phone will work in Cambodia but you will need a day pass or similar from your provider.
US dollars is the preferred currency.
There will be free time on the retreat.
Basic level of fitness required to walk around at a relaxed pace for about an hour at a time.
Cambodia is safe, but like anywhere in the world, so you should always use caution and common sense.
Most transport will be in Tuk Tuk’s.
